If something should happen to your People of Lava product of such severity that it requires service, we have an established network of service technicians in each country where we sell our products.

First stop: your local dealer

Should you encounter any problem with your product and you cannot find the solution under the respective product category in the Support Center, always make sure to contact your local dealer or where you bought your product – they will know what to do.

Product warranty

The Product Warranty on People of Lava products differ from region to region. Please ask your local dealer about what terms that apply where you live. They also would know if any problem you are experiencing with your product is covered by the Product Warranty.
