Click on the links below to download the latest firmware for your Scandinavia.
The newest firmware version will ensure your Scandinavia to function and perform optimally and will make sure that the latest functions are readily available. Please make sure to read and precisely follow the procedure before attempting to install any new firmware on your Scandinavia. Not following these instructions, or by any means interrupting the upgrade process, may cause permanent damage to your Scandinavia, or it may not function properly.

Firmware update procedure
- Make sure that your TV is eligible for an update by comparing the date you bought the TV with the release date of the newest firmware.
- Download the latest firmware by clicking on the Download-link below. Unpack the firmware to an empty USB-stick. The firmware files should be named safe-kernel.img1 and update_demo.tgz.
- Turn of your Scandinavia. Insert the USB-stick with the firmware on the USB-slot on the side of the TV (between the Ethernet and the Coaxial inputs). Start your Scandinavia.
- After a couple of seconds the blue diod at the front starts blinking. This indicates that the firmware upgrade is in process and can take several minutes. NOTE! Interrupting the upgrade process or disconnection the power at this stage may cause permanent damage to your Scandinavia!
- After a couple of minutes the blue diod will shine with a steady light. This means that the firmware upgrade is finished.
- Break the power by either using the power switch on the backside or by unplugging the power cable. Remove the USB-stick.
- Start your Scandinavia. The firmware is now upgraded.
